Hi guys, this time I will be sharing with you about my experiences in first time interview with a BPO industry. The first time is in October if I am not mistaken, it was via phone call. Subalit siya ay college graduate while I am in a college level lang. But thankfully ako kahit ganun pa man hindi pa rin naman iyon ang basehan kase kahit high school grad o college level o grad ay accepted sa BPO as long as maipasa mo ang qualification nila. But it's not the end of the scenario, the interview questions are unpredictable. But I had tried, Who knows (God) makapasa ako di ba? trying hard lang din sa English when it comes to verbal.
The first company experienced that I had, thankfully I passed on their assessment, then there is another day which is their initial interview, I got answered of a trainee perhaps then followed by the real interviwer, then I answered all her questions but I think in my mind, she was not satisfied even afterwards I realized. so I expected to what her said that I supposed to be call the next day if i will receive but if there is none, wait for next three months so it means that i didnt passed on. But i did not give up..instead, it took me a challenge and thought to myself that That company gave me an open door for that nature of work.
but this time last week lang last monday, i try to inquire, then wednesday i came personally to that company and BINGO!!! pasado ako sa initial, final, and orientation..mejo hindi nga lang to kalakihan ang salary as compare to my first company interviewed via phone..
soon i will share with you naman about whats happened to my training in my 3rd job interview..if makakabenta ba ako para mahire nila ako as employee na talaga. That's it for now...
i share what was happened after this ...soon..and how's my 5 classroom training and supposed to be 10 days training in OBT that turns only in two days.
